What Does It Mean To Mind The Gaps?
Lovingly inspired by my British heritage, the term Mind The Gaps invites curiosity about what we typically accept as facts regarding ourselves, others, and the world. By challenging our norms, we can get ‘unstuck’ from the grip of our comfort zone and expand – limitlessly – into our growth zone. Originally coined as the title of my podcast, Mind The Gaps embodies my work as a Registered Psychotherapist, guiding and empowering clients to explore fresh perspectives and elevate their mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
