What does it mean to Mind the Gaps?
Lovingly inspired by my British heritage, the term, Mind The Gaps, aims to spark curiosity about what we typically accept as facts regarding ourselves, others, and the world. By challenging our norms, we have the power to get ‘unstuck’ from the grip of our comfort zone and expand – limitlessly – into our growth zone. Originally coined as the title of my podcast, Mind The Gaps embodies my work as a Registered Psychotherapist; guiding and empowering clients to explore fresh perspectives so they may elevate their mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
I offer psychotherapy services to adults (18+) both in-person in Burlington and remotely across Ontario, including:
Individual
Counselling
Empowering individuals to better understand themselves, develop coping skills, and achieve personal growth
Couples
Counselling
Strengthening romantic relationships by improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering intimacy.
Family

Enhancing family cohesion and addressing interpersonal dynamics to create a healthier family environment.
